Oh, where do I even start? Arriving at the hotel only to find i had to wait until 3 pm for check-in was a disaster after a long flight. Who wants to drag their luggage while exploring a noisy city with no luggage storage? And hello, can we talk about the mattress that hit like a pancake? Just couldn't give a good review, sadly.

We loved the stay, it was such great. They offered good reception too.

All the features were good: very good service and stunning location. Plus it was 5 mins walk from centre. Staff was amazing and amicable. Bed was very comfy, and, what I loved was hypoallergenic pillows. Had kitchenette.

Noisy nightlife affected sleep quality.

The central location is excellent for exploring Leuven.

The shower had a significant leak, resulting in poor water flow, and since the reception is only open for limited hours, there was no one to address the issue promptly. Finally, the kitchen lacked essential equipment, like a sponge or proper utensils.

The room was spacious, but the reception communication was terrible on arrival.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center, and the studio was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, including a microwave and all essential utensils. The friendly staff were helpful.

The apartment was spacious, my kids loved the little kitchenette where they could whip up some snacks. We also appreciated the cozy dining table, it made meals together very enjoyable.

It wasn't inexpensive but overall, it was still a solid choice.

the check-in process was a bit confusing (you have to call for access). the place is spacious, clean, and has two work desks (which is great for getting things done). loved the large windows that let in plenty of light! everything you need is close by (restaurants, shopping).
